Teton Medical Center Community Clinic and TMC Hospital welcomes Teresa Smith, FNP-C.  Beginning June 1, 2009 Teresa Smith will see patients at the TMC Community Clinic.

    Teresa comes to Choteau from Missoula, Montana, she received her Nurse Practitioner Certification May, 2004 from Gonzaga University, WA.  Previously Teresa had been a registered nurse since 1976.  Teresa Smith, FNP-C has these additional certifications; BCLS; ACLS; PALS Certified; ACLS Instructor; and AACN Critical Care.  Teresa practiced previously in Tennessee, Sheridan, WY, Libby, Hamilton, Billings, and Missoula, MT.

TMC Community Clinic is looking forward to Teresa Smith, FNP-C joining our medical team.
