Most people prefer to stay in their own home for as long as possible.  Teton Medical Center's Home Helpers can help make that happen with in-home services that include both nursing services and personal care services.

Nursing Services:
    Nursing assessments and patient teaching
    Medication injections, lab work & central line IV care
    Medication setup
    Diabetic assistance, monitoring
    Catheter care
    Foot care clinics
    Coordination of care with local health care provider
    Other treatments as prescribed
 

Personal care/homemaking services
    Assistance with bathing, dressing and other personal care
    Medication reminders
    Meal preparation
    Light housekeeping
    Laundry assistance
    Shopping, escorting and socialization
    Billing assistance
    Transportation

Medicare-approved Drug Discount Cards
    We can help you with this new program, designed to save you money.
        H We will help you find out which drug discount card is right for you.
        H We will find out what cards cover what prescriptions.
        H We will take the time to explain the benefits and restrictions.

Financial assistance is now available for qualified individuals, who need assistance at home but who cannot afford the out-of-pocket cost.

TMC Home Helpers is now a service provider for the National Caregiver Support Program.  Qualified individuals can receive financial assistance for home care as well as respite care and support to the caregivers. To qualify individuals:

Must be over 60 years old
bullet

Have limitations in their ability to care for themselves at home
bullet

Have a caregiver who cannot meet all of their needs.

Meet the income guidelines that TMC establishes.
