Teton Medical Center is a 12-bed critical access hospital and 34-bed extended care facility located in Choteau, Montana along the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountain Front.
TMC offers both inpatient and outpatient services and has a modern, full-service laboratory. Equipped with tele-radiology capabilities, the radiology department can provide immediate interpretation of digital images. TMC's physical therapy offers a complete range of rehabilitative services. The hospital’s emergency room provides 24-hour emergency services.
Adjacent to TMC is the medical annex, which houses the public health nurse; Teton Vision Clinic; and the Great Falls Clinic-Choteau.
